About the role

This is a 100% remote position, which means you can work from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home or remote office. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search); Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews; Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
