What you'll do
- Build and revise renewal quotes in Salesforce from renewal opportunities in the Velocity queue
- Review, edit, and maintain the accuracy of system-generated renewal quotes in Salesforce, correcting discrepancies in product usage, pricing
- Process amendments and related transaction requests submitted by Sales Representatives, including upsells, downgrades, product and SKU changes, multiyear term changes
- Reconcile account and subscription data (SKUs, quantities, terms, and co-term dates) before quoting, using Salesforce reports
- Apply current pricing, discounting, and renewal policies to every quote
