About the role

The Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing program-wide reporting, analytics, and executive visibility for the Capital Renewal Program at KAUST. This role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights across all projects, supporting leadership in strategic decision-making, governance, and execution.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overseeing program-wide reporting, analytics, and executive visibility for the Capital Renewal Program at KAUST
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports related to the Capital Renewal Program
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized reporting frameworks covering scope, cost, schedule, risks, and KPIs, ensuring governance, accuracy, and consistency
• Establish and enforce reporting protocols, including timelines, validation workflows, and approval processes across all project teams
