What you'll do

• Handle employee HR-related queries through email, calls, and ticketing systems
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy
• Assist in background verification, offer management, and induction coordination
• Process employee requests related to payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Onboarding
• Payroll
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
