What you'll do

• Execute voyages safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and company policies
• Proficiency in navigation, cargo and ballast operations, bridge/GMDSS equipment use, risk assessment, and weather interpretation is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, team coordination, and mentoring abilities are required, with a proactive approach to managing vessel risks and security
• An openness to technological advancements and modern software is crucial
