Sales Agent

About the role

As a Sales Agent, you will guide prospective customers through their purchasing journey, converting inbound inquiries into new subscriptions and helping families find the right educational solution. You will focus exclusively on inbound B2C leads, allowing you to concentrate on understanding customer needs and delivering a positive sales experience.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming sales inquiries from prospective customers in the U.S. market
• Handle inbound B2C leads and respond to prospective customers interested in the educational platform
• Understand customer needs, identify relevant learning requirements, and present suitable solutions
• Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing questions and overcoming objections to convert inquiries into customers
• Build positive relationships with parents and other prospective buyers through empathetic, customer-focused communication

What you need
