About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Closing Manager with 3+ years of proven experience in the real estate sector. To drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through effective client handling, project presentations, lead conversion, and end-to-end deal closures.

What you'll do

  • Lead Management & Client Handling: Manage incoming leads from digital, walk-ins, referrals
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of post-sale satisfaction and referrals
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and closures. Submit regular sales reports to management
