About the role

What you'll do

• Address customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
• Prepare and send sales quotations based on customer requirements
• Follow up on sent quotations and update the sales team on progress
• Assist the UAE sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations
