Sales Coordinator

About the role

Provide administrative and operations support to admin and sales team as directed, including but not limited to reports' generation, research and data management. Coordinate with Finance Dept. to process, Purchase Orders, invoices, bills, etc. Coordinate with internal and external parties and update sales reports.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and operations support to admin and sales team as directed, including but not limited to reports' generation, research and data management
• Coordinate with Finance Dept. to process, Purchase Orders, invoices, bills, etc
• Coordinate with internal and external parties and update sales reports
• Ensure files are updated, organized and kept secure
• Perform general data-entry and adhoc support works

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Sales
• MS Office
• Customer service
• Diploma
