Sales Coordinator

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team with inquiry handling, quotations, order coordination and customer follow-up. You'll be the link between customers, the sales team, warehouse/dispatch and accounts — keeping every inquiry moving and every order on track.Log every customer inquiry into the CRM daily and ensure timely follow-up

What you'll do

• Prepare and send quotations to customers
• Coordinate between sales executives, warehouse and accounts for order processing and dispatch
• Follow up on pending quotations and outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices and inquiry status
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp and email inquiries from customers
