Sales Development Associate

About the role

The Sales Development Associate is an essential member of the Inside Sales team, responsible for generating early-stage pipeline through proactive outbound outreach and collaboration with other Business Development resources and service-line teams. This role emphasizes professional growth and provides a structured pathway into more senior Business Development roles or Account Management roles.

What you'll do

• Outbound Prospecting & Outreach
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, social channels, and intent-based tools
• Conduct effective business and technical discovery sessions to articulate a clear, tailored value proposition
• Adhere to Inside Sales Rules of Engagement (ROE) and CRM pre-outreach requirements
• Schedule introductory meetings for Business Development Directors, Business Development Managers, Account Managers/Executives, and Business Development Senior Associates
