Sales Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to accelerate growth for our Diagnostics business. You will own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline to engaging senior decision-makers, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.

What you'll do

• Drive new business acquisition for Corporate Annual Health Checkup (AHC), diagnostics, and preventive healthcare solutions
• Identify, prospect, and develop a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the assigned region
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs, Procurement, and Administration leaders
• Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
• Understand client requirements and develop tailored proposals that align with their employee healthcare and wellness objectives
