Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (India)

About the role

We are looking for a driven, highly communicative, and data-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in India, supporting our US Sales team and US customer base. As an Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and running the outbound systems that identify potential customers, research relevant decision-makers, reach out through cold email and LinkedIn, and help build a qualified sales pipeline.

What you'll do

• Research and map target accounts: Build a deep understanding of target organizations, including their structure, leadership, technology footprint, financial state
• Build prospecting systems: Create automated workflows using Clay, APIs, and AI to identify, enrich, verify
• Build a messaging system: Create a persona library and reusable templates that stay specific to each account and person, rather than reading like a mail merge
• Run and optimize email campaigns: Plan and execute cold email campaigns end to end, from list segmentation and sequence design to copywriting, A/B testing
• Run LinkedIn outreach: Engage prospects on LinkedIn alongside email through connection requests, messages, and genuine engagement with their content
