Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Founding SDR pod — 5 to 10 reps, reporting to our Senior SDR Manager ₹12–15 LPA + Variable (75/25 fixed-to-variable split) You own a defined book of dental practices and one mission: start conversations that become demos. Phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook — whatever gets a decision-maker talking. You don’t close deals; you build the pipeline everything else runs on.

What you'll do

• Prospect every single day. High-volume outbound across phone, email and social to owners and office managers who need what we sell
• Own your patch. Work your segment or PMS book cleanly — no double-touching, no stepping on a teammate
• Live in HubSpot. Log every call and touch the same day. If it isn’t in the CRM, it didn’t happen
• Protect the rhythm. Daily standup, then heads-down power-calling blocks nobody gets to interrupt
• Hand off like a pro. Give AEs the context they need to walk in and win
