Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) who thrives on the hunt — someone who creates pipeline from nothing, works at high volume, and knows how to qualify fast and move faster. This is a pure outbound role targeting the commercial segment. There is no inbound queue to rely on.

What you'll do

• Prospect cold, build your own account list when needed, and generate a consistent volume of high-quality meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
• Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting — cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequencing
• Build and maintain your own target account lists using online research, intent signals, firmographic data
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene — accurate pipeline status, activity logging, and prospecting data to support forecasting and outreach effectiveness
