Sales Director - Business Development & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead new business development and accelerate growth for a professional services and business transformation consultancy. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role offers significant influence over sales strategy and market expansion. You will identify and secure opportunities across Finance, HR, Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services, and Transformation.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and business growth targets
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across target industries and geographies
• Build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and market engagement
