Sales Executive- Sourcing ( West)

About the role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executives - Sourcing for our sites in West and East Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling residential or commercial properties such as office spaces, retail shops, showrooms, and investment assets. The role requires strong client relationship management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

What you'll do

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and self-sourcing
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective investors and corporate clients
• Consistently identify new business opportunities to drive commercial sales
• Client Engagement & Property Consultation
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties
