Sales Governance Manager

About the role

The Sales Governance Manager will lead and embed global deal governance frameworks across the Commercial function. This role ensures governance policies are current, legally aligned, and effectively integrated into commercial processes to enable compliant, efficient, and risk-mitigated deal execution.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the global deal governance framework
• Ensure governance policy is fully integrated into commercial deal workflows
• Maintain oversight of deal approval processes and ensure adherence to delegated authorities
• Establish and maintain a non-compliance register and governance reporting mechanisms
• Manage governance committees including agenda setting, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and communications

What you need
