About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Managers to drive property sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across our real estate projects. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling capabilities, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.

What you'll do

• Sales and Revenue Generation
• Generate and convert sales opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to booking and transaction closure
• Conduct property presentations, project walkthroughs, and customer consultations to drive conversions
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers
