Sales Manager - Electrical Connector Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Resident Sales Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, developing sales strategies, forecasting sales targets, and tracking sales data. The candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager / General Manager - Sales and work closely with other departments within the company.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Forecast sales targets and track sales data to monitor progress
• Collaborate with other departments to review RFQs, technical specifications, and pricing strategies
