What you'll do

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships and proactively addressing their needs
• Lead regular client meetings to discuss account performance, growth opportunities, and hiring strategies
• Train, mentor, and monitor ACPs to ensure compliance with company standards and alignment with client expectations
• Identify and resolve compliance issues promptly, ensuring that service delivery aligns with industry regulations and client requirements
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights, supporting data-informed decision-making
