About the role

You will be working as Sales Manager and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division based out at Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Manufacturing Unit Manager.

What you'll do

  • Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Coming up with new ideas to increase the sales target YOY basis
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensuring its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Presenting sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Reinforcing and maintaining a culture of health & safety in all sales & customer development initiatives
