Sales Officer NMT

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer - NMT to drive business growth across the assigned territory of South Gujarat, from Anand to Vapi. The role will focus on managing DMart accounts, driving Primary and Secondary Sales, achieving NPD targets, ensuring product visibility, and managing store-level operations and field teams to strengthen business performance across Modern Trade.

What you'll do

• A. Sales & Business Development
• Drive Primary and Secondary Sales to achieve assigned business targets
• Ensure achievement of New Product Development (NPD) sales targets and execute new product launches effectively
• Drive business expansion by identifying growth opportunities across the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key Modern Trade accounts to drive sales growth
