From our customers and partners to our greatest advantage — our team members. The Sales Operations Analyst supports the GTM, with ownership of ACV performance (Pipeline and Bookings) and Revenue performance (post‑booking).

What you'll do

Own annual planning for pipeline modeling and Booked ACV targets, including ongoing performance analysis across Pipeline ACV, Booked ACV, and Revenue
Monitor adherence to pipeline and forecast standards, identifying risks, gaps, and performance trends
Monitor and report on core performance KPIs including: Sales Cycle, ASP (Average Selling Price), Win Rates
Analyze pipeline health including coverage, velocity, aging, conversion, and slippage
Support weekly pipeline and operating reviews, providing data and performance insight
