Sales Operations Executive, Mumbai

About the role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales organization by driving operational excellence, maintaining CRM hygiene, and delivering actionable business insights. This role requires someone who enjoys working with data, streamlining processes, and enabling the Sales team to operate efficiently in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy, ensuring complete and up-to-date customer, lead, and opportunity records
• Generate and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance trackers
• Analyze sales pipeline, conversion metrics, productivity, and revenue trends to provide actionable insights
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth deal execution and reporting
