• CS Management Trainee seeking practical experience shall be well versed in understanding regulatory landscape
• Track regulatory updates, amendments related to different departments (HR, ER, LR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Treasury, Benefits, Diversity etc.,)
• Preparation of board meetings
• Document preparation for all Secretarial matters
• Companies Act and other statutory acts applicable to company
