Senior Analyst - HR Services

About the role

The Senior Analyst - HR Services is responsible for managing the end-to-end Vendor Invoice Management and Payment process supporting HR Shared Services operations. The role acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procurement-to-payment activities, ensuring timely creation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), invoice validation, payment execution, issue resolution, compliance adherence, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete PR-to-PO-to-Payment lifecycle for HR-related vendor spend
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
• Monitor workflow queues and resolve process bottlenecks
• Manage invoice intake, invoice validation, approvals, and payment tracking
• Ensure all transactions are processed within agreed SLAs and control requirements
