About the role

Raising data exceptions and owning the investigation process through to completion, driving root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence Prioritising work across own and team deliverables to ensure all SLAs are adhered to

What you'll do

  • Meet and safeguard Service Level Agreement targets across the team's book of work
  • Mentor, review and quality-check the work of junior analysts; support onboarding and knowledge transfer
