Senior Associate HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Associate HR Business Partner is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting with the application of corporate policies related to HR, organizational and employee advancement. This role supports HR management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives and administers talent management and succession planning activities within the assigned business unit.

What you'll do

• Provides HR support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members
• Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Handles and resolves employee relations issues, collaborating with HRBPs and HR leadership as needed
• Supports the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews
• Ensures compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, providing guidance to HRBPs and employees
