Senior Associate - Legal

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, agile, and self-driven Senior Associate to join our dynamic legal team. You will act as a primary legal anchor for our high-growth digital assets, tech products, and corporate commercial verticals. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to enable business growth while robustly managing regulatory and commercial risks.

What you'll do

• Commercial Contracting & Vendor Management
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize high-value commercial agreements including vendor contracts, marketing agreements, influencer tie-ups, and strategic partnerships
• Review and standardize Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technology licensing contracts to safeguard company interests
• Regulatory Advisory & Product Enablement
• Provide pragmatic legal and regulatory opinions on existing offerings and proposed product changes

What you need
