Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, goal-oriented, and passionate Bench Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of the US recruitment market, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand market needs
• Manage and work effectively with candidates such as OPTs, Green Card holders (GC), Citizens, and H1B Transfers
• Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and oversee the successful placement of candidates
• Provide market insights and demonstrate expertise in common US work authorizations including H1B, L1, EAD, TN, and Green Card processes
