Senior Brand Manager B2B Marketing

About the role

As the Senior Brand Manager B2B Marketing, you will own and shape apna’s employer-facing brand strategy. You will lead the development of a compelling B2B narrative that resonates with SMBs, enterprises, HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners across India. This role requires strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and execution excellence across campaigns, content, partnerships, and employer brand touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Conceptualize and lead high-impact B2B brand campaigns across digital, content, social, PR, events, and offline channels
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from insight and creative brief to launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
• Creative and Content Excellence
• Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver sharp, insight-led, and culturally relevant B2B creatives
• Oversee employer-focused content such as case studies, thought leadership, reports, brand films, and sales enablement assets
