Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & AI

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Business Partner to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and M&A programs. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives at once, and stay focused on delivering measurable business outcomes
• Lead and drive digital transformation and M&A initiatives across the enterprise, from discovery through delivery
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows
• Analyze current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation
