Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, account success, and retention across our customer base. This is a customer-facing, senior individual contributor role focused on understanding customer needs and turning product value into long-term outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product and Sales to make sure customers see sustained value from the platform.

• Build trusted partnerships by understanding each customer’s business and use cases in depth
