About the role

The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design team in the development of c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design projects. This role involves overseeing the design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the design team throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and implement design strategies in alignment with project goals
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements
• Oversee the creation of 2d drawings and 3d models using creo/proe software
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
