Senior Engineer/Manager – Application Support

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer/Manager for Application Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our applications, ensuring their smooth operation and performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support and assistance for our applications, addressing and resolving user issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot application-related problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence
• Monitor application performance and reliability, proactively identify potential issues, and take appropriate actions to maintain optimal performance
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and prioritize bugs, issues, and enhancement requests
• Develop and maintain documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, to assist users and support teams

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Troubleshooting
• ITIL
• MCA or B.Tech or B.E. or M.Sc or B.Sc or BCA
