What you'll do

• Research, identify, and prospect potential enterprise clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels
• Generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline for HRMS and Payroll Software Solutions
• Engage HR Heads, CXOs, decision-makers, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their business requirements
• Conduct initial product conversations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HR Tech solutions
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations and meetings for the Account Executive or Sales team
