What you'll do

  • Create and program manage learning journeys, based on business-specific training needs and firm-wide learning strategy
  • Manage PMO for the Skill Badges program – badging administration, process ownership, track & manage automation requirements, publish dashboards / reporting on PowerBI
  • Tracking of Training Efficacy metrics, creating learning reports/dashboards, facilitate improvement initiatives .to enhance training efficacy and program adoption
