About the role

You will play a crucial role in INCREFF’s growth journey by working wi th clients and third party service providers to plan, execute and optimize end to end warehouse operations.

What you'll do

  • Responsible to be the POC for the client's warehousing needs
  • Responsible to plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements
  • Responsible to monitor day to day operations and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed
  • Responsible to ensure records are maintained accurately
  • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through meeting the KRAs as per the contract

What you need

  • 1–3 yrs of experience
  • SOP writing
  • Warehouse operations
  • Any graduate
