Senior Executive - Sourcer

About the role

Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, direct outreach, and talent mapping, to source high-quality candidates. Identify and engage with candidates from competitors and relevant industries to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
• Develop strategic relationships with potential candidates to ensure ongoing engagement
• Work closely with recruiters and the Head of Talent to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct talent mapping to identify key talent and market insights
• Work closely with the COE Lead and team to support operational aspects of the recruitment function
