About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Administrator to support global employee data management and HR administration activities within a shared services environment. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining data accuracy in SuccessFactors, meeting service level commitments, supporting process improvements, and delivering a customer-focused HR service.

What you'll do

• Process employee lifecycle and HR administration transactions accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels
• Maintain employee records and organisational data within SuccessFactors Employee Central and Organisational Management modules
• Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and data integrity controls
• Monitor and adhere to service level agreements to deliver a consistent and reliable employee experience
• Support stakeholders, subject matter experts, and team leads in resolving operational queries and requests
