Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead

About the role

You will translate complex business needs into practical solutions, helping improve systems, processes, reporting, and controls across multiple countries. Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional partners, you will lead solution design, define requirements, and ensure that implementations meet business and compliance needs.

What you'll do

• In this role, you will advance HR analytics, compliance, data governance, and technology solutions by connecting operational needs with effective processes and systems
• HR Analytics, Data Integrity & Reporting
• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define, document, and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational objectives
