Senior HR Business Partner – India Leader

About the role

This is a high-impact country HR role supporting Altera’s India operations across Bangalore and Hyderabad. You will partner closely with India business leaders, global and regional HR colleagues, and specialist COE teams to help Altera attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic partner to India leaders
• Advise business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent priorities, performance, employee experience, leadership effectiveness
• Bring sound judgment, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic India perspective to complex people decisions
• Anticipate workforce needs and translate business strategy into clear, actionable people priorities
• Build talent and organizational effectiveness

What you need
