Senior HR Business Partner (Tech + Ops)

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing R&D & Ops team in BLR. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our high-growth organization while contributing to the evolution of our HR function. What you'll do

• Partner with Engineering & Ops leaders to translate business priorities and the broader HRBP roadmap into clear people recommendations and action plans for aligned India…
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, performance, employee relations, and manager capability
• Coach and advise managers on complex leadership and HR matters, including sensitive employee relations issues, performance challenges, team dynamics
• Lead & improve core HR programs for Engineering & Ops, including performance management, manager effectiveness, talent reviews, engagement planning
• Identify patterns and recurring pain points across aligned Engineering & Ops teams, then recommend practical improvements to HR processes, workflows
