Senior HR Ops

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in startups and will play a key role in supporting our dynamic workforce. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies, drive employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee experience.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
• Work closely with hiring managers to develop onboarding plans that set up new employees for success
• Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
• Drive a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular pulse surveys and collaborate with leadership to address key engagement areas
