What you'll do

• Develop and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring talent initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives
• Conduct surveys and semi-structured interviews with key employees to assess HR capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
• Facilitate Talent Reviews and establish governance frameworks to ensure effective execution of talent management initiatives
• Evaluate existing competency frameworks and develop a comprehensive Learning & Development ecosystem to support current and future business needs
• Drive Quarterly 9-Box Talent Reviews, identify High-Potential (HiPo) employees, and build succession plans for critical positions

What you need
