Senior HR - Talent Acquisition & Operations

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead – Talent Acquisition & People Operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role combines Leadership Hiring, HR Operations, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Workplace Operations , making it ideal for someone who can balance strategic hiring with people initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, strategic, IT, and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, executive search, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit
• Manage stakeholder communication, interview coordination, offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate experience
