Senior HRIS Admin (Workday Payroll & Time Tracking)

About the role

Q2 is seeking an HR Administrator to serve as a functional and technical subject-matter expert for the Payroll and Time Tracking modules within our Workday HCM platform. In this role you will own the day-to-day configuration, administration, and integrity of these modules while partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards leadership to deliver accurate and timely pay for our employees.

What you'll do

• Systems Analysis, Configuration & Technical Excellence
• Maintain and administer Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules, including pay calculations, earnings and deductions, time entry and time off configuration
• Design and configure multi-step business processes, and lead end-to-end testing cycles, including parallel payroll testing, for tax, regulatory, and rule changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration, calculation, and reporting issues by designing durable fixes and evaluating cross-system impacts using systems thinking
• Provide backup support for Benefits and Absence module administration, partnering with the Benefits and Absence Management Administrator to ensure continuity of coverage
