About the role

Infrastructure Business Engineering (IBE) Procurement Operations enables LinkedIn’s global Engineering Infrastructure through efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement processes. The team manages end-to-end procurement operations, supplier and spend processes, systems integration, and operational insights across infrastructure portfolios.

What you'll do

• Purchase requisitions (PR) creation: Create accurate PRs in procurement systems with correct financial coding, documentation, and approval workflows
• Purchase orders (PO) follow-up: Track PO creation and approvals; proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely issuance
• Contract commitment management: Track contractual commitments, renewal timelines, and spend obligations to ensure accurate records and timely action
• Reporting and insights: Maintain operational dashboards, track SLAs and KPIs, and provide actionable insights on performance and bottlenecks
• Process enhancements and continuous learning: Identify improvement and automation opportunities, leverage AI tools where applicable, and build procurement, systems
