About the role

Lifecycle Marketing Operations powers Zillow’s owned channels, including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, through scalable systems and hands-on campaign execution. As stewards of our owned channels, we safeguard inbox placement and sender reputation, continuously improve execution frameworks, and introduce new capabilities that enable marketing to scale with consistency and measurable impact.

What you'll do

• Own high-impact, cross-channel initiatives and help evolve the standards and systems that govern how campaigns are built, targeted, and launched
• Own end-to-end execution of complex, cross-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
• Define and evolve campaign build standards, QA frameworks, and launch protocols to improve quality and predictability

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
